A partially constructed 10MW Solar Power Project is available for sale on a as is where is basis. The project was awarded to the promoter company through
competitive bidding process conducted by Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited (RRECL)

Capacity of the project: 11 MW DC Arrays, Project is to be developed in already operational Solar Park of RRECL in the Jodhpur district, Rajasthan, A plot of 25 Hectares area in the Park has been allotted for the Project on 30 year lease basis under Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for setting up of Power plant based on Renewable Energy Sources) Rules, 2007. Power evacuation from solar power station to the load centre shall be carried out by the State Transmission Utility (STU). The Jodhpur Discom shall arrange 33kV transmission line from the Power Plant Generating Substation to Grid Substation at Bhadla, Jodhpur. The Performance Bank Guarantee of requisite amount has also been submitted to RRECL.
The land development charges (Rs. 1.5 Crore + Service Tax) have been paid to RRECL.
Present Status of the Project: Lease deed has been signed and registered and possession of land is taken. Transmission Agreement with RVPN stands executed, Site survey & investigations are complete and design and engineering is complete, Part construction work is complete including Site leveling and graing, Boundary wall, 3300 piling foundations, Civil construction of Control room and Inverter rooms (70%), bore-well , temporary electricity connection. Ordering of key equipment has also been done.
