A New Vegetable Processing and IQF Unit for sale/JV

A brand-new, high-capacity vegetable processing and IQF unit in Ambala is available for complete buyout, partial stake, or strategic investment. The facility is strategically located off the Karnal Highway and operates on a 99-year lease, with approximately 6,000 sq. yards of land and around 40,000 sq. ft. of built-up area. The unit is equipped with a 4 MT/hour processing and IQF line and approximately 2,800 MT cold storage capacity across three cold rooms. The processing line can handle a wide range of vegetables including peas, spinach, beans, cauliflower, and garlic. The facility also includes a 70 MT sorting and grading area, de-podder, recovery drum, blanching unit, shakers, 1.5-ton boiler, ammonia and glycol refrigeration systems, compressors, and generator setup. All major regulatory licenses have been obtained, and the facility is in the final stages of electrical installation before becoming operational. The unit also has an existing Mother Dairy contract for the December–August period with approximately 2,200 MT capacity across three cold rooms. Due to an investment requirement and ongoing bank restructuring, the owners are open to a complete sale, partial stake, or strategic investor.
